Perhaps he's just trying to get attention?
Your photos as always are maginificent. We're also pretty close to the Wisconsin border. It takes us about an hour to drive to Milwaukee. Our county has preserved a lot of forest and wetlands, so it's very pretty around here. Unfortunately, they also keep building and building, so who knows how long it will stay that way.Christina J.https://www.blogger.com/profile/14002677134681380015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11107516.post-21488698773766120192008-10-03T06:20:00.000-07:002008-10-03T06:20:00.000-07:00Pretty photos! We've had painted turtles in our yard. The last one we found was not friendly at all and kept hissing at us. I didn't know turtles could hiss! I think our recent friend was a common snapping turtle. They can get to be pretty big and they do have a long tail.

We went to an apple orchard a few years ago and had banana apples. They were so good. We should go back. I'd never heard of banana apples. I'll think of you eating your apple bananas! :)Christina J.https://www.blogger.com/profile/14002677134681380015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11107516.post-69858079688995441552008-10-03T04:18:00.000-07:002008-10-03T04:18:00.000-07:00Congratulations, Aunt Jamee!
