New Beach Bride Pearl Necklaces

I've added a couple sweet and simple white silk knotted pearl necklaces to the shop...

White Mother of Pearl Shell Pendant Beach Bride Necklace

White Freshwater Pearl Silk Knotted Beach Bride Necklace

This on is a little more dramatic..created with top drilled pearls like the first one but they are larger and have points on the end for a more organic look. It also has mother of pearl and features a mother of pearl carved monstera leaf..very tropical!

Mother of Pearl Hawaiian Leaf and Pearl Necklace This link leads to my Etsy shop..trying to mix it up since I don't give Etsy enough love and it's really been doing well finally!

Bridal Season 2010

Bridal season is quickly approaching and I'm so behind! Finally made a couple of necklaces w/ matching earrings and already sold one of the necklaces days after I listed it...I've got to stop playing w/ these cute baby goats and get to work!

Here is the necklace that I made that sold so quickly..it featured oval pearls and an oval mother of pearl pendant

and here is the other new one w/ a touch up blue for the brides looking for 'something blue'..I often make 'something blue' anklets and they seem to be very popular :)

These are new beach bride earrings just listed...

Note from a bride...

I just received a wonderful thank you note from a bridal customer...makes me remember why I like making jewelry so much..especially when it gets to be part of such special a occasion :)

Jamee,

Aloha! I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I received my new anklet in the mail today. It's absolutely gorgeous! The anklet looks even better than how I envisioned it looking in my head! I am planning on wearing it on my left foot where I got a sea turtle tattoo from the Chrome Lotus Tattoo shop in Maui during our 2008 Christmas vacation.

Thank you so very much for adding a little something special to my wedding day. The anklet will go great with my wedding dress!

Sincerely,

Angela

Getting married at the beach?

Photograph by Aihara Visuals

Maui is the choice location for many couples with dreams of tying the knot in one of the most romantic settings possible. What better backdrop could you ask for than the beautiful ocean and its waves against a clear blue sky...majestic lava rock formations and soft warm sand at your feet?

Brides of many tastes come to get married on our island. Some wear nontraditional more 'island style' casual gowns while others prefer to dress to a "T"...risking it all for romance.

But what about jewelry?

Jonara Blu Maui offers an alternative idea in beach bridal jewelry perfect for every taste. Our island-themed jewelry is both beachy-natural and romantically-classic. It focuses on the organic appeal of freshwater pearls and shells often with hints of Swarovski crystals that sparkle amazingly in the sun. The resulting look goes perfectly with all styles of wedding gowns because it ties in with the natural serenity of the ocean as well as the beauty and romance of the occasion.

Anklets are the perfect choice for fancying up those bare wedding feet.

Our favorite style of beach wedding necklaces are those we create on silk. These are hand-knotted with a very small amount of space in between each set of beads. This creates an 'island look' that is more organic than the solid strung necklace...yet it is still very dressy and classy.

And let's not forget the beach bridesmaid...

Let us help complete your beach wedding experience with the perfect accessories. You'll walk away with something very special that can continue to be enjoyed for years to come...
