Sparkling Boho Diva Bling with an Island Style Twist!

I am in love this new piece with its island girl boho glam..the little purple dyed clover flower is mother of pearl and is reminiscent of the little clover flower bling that dangles off of Louis Vuitton bags and key chains. And the mother of pearls is keeping to the island theme along with the freshwater pearls and the relaxed organic style of the knotted silk. Super Cool Bugs in my Yard

We found some really cool bugs in our yard last week..first this lady bug. I wish I got better pics of it..thought I had the camera set on macro but in fact had turned macro off. Plus she was bookin' it so fast it was hard to capture her. She was orange w/ lots of spots...




And then this guy was amazing. We mostly see the green stink bugs here..and I found a brown one the other day..but this guy was really beautiful. He actually sparkled like he was irridescent w/ a turquoise and green. The turquoise didn't show up in the pics..but you can kinda see the sparkle.



I was so amazed to see the red on this little guy. I never knew they were so colorful. I guess he can come in lots of colors and is actually called a Pentatomidae

Colorful Anklet and Plumeria Flower

I forgot all about this picture. I had taken a picture of this Tropical Garden Anklet already, but the picture came out a little dark. Tonight a customer was inquiring about it so I remembered this picture and sent it to her so she could get a brighter view of the beads. It came out much lighter..but what was cool about this is that the plumeria flower blew over in the wind (like they so often do when I'm trying to take pictures) and this one had some colorful stripes on the underside that aren't usually there on the flowers from this tree. I thought it was pretty so I took the picture just like it fell.
